I'd say that, Team One wins, tbh.

Hiding in the Mist and warping are an amazing combination.

Obito nullifies the powers of Hidan and Deidara, while the mist nullifies the threats of Sasuke and Kakashi.

Also, without the ability of the opponent to see him materialise, Obito can almost freely use his warping.

Deidara cannot clear the mist without threatening his teammates and Kisame can create a Water Prison within which he can safely back up his teammates, mostly by maintaining the mist.

The only way team 1 wins is if Deidara wastes his Sharingan using teammates with a large bomb and Hidan gets perfect timing with an attack on Obito just as he materialises his own side again. Then Deidara would proceed to keep Kisame at bay while Hidan takes out Zabuza before they double up on Kisame, whom Hidan should be capable to outlast at the very least.
