Gaara Vs. Minato depends on the starting distance. Anything shorter than say... 15M would be a win on Minato's part. I'd say a 15+M starting distance would give Gaara enough time to take the skies before Minato can overwhelm Gaara with his speed. Once Gaara is in the skies the match is already decided.

Both Kisame or Gaara individually have potential to solo Itachi, and a Duo of Gaara/Deidara or Kisame/Deidara is capable of fending off with Minato esp. at given distance.

Kisame is obviously weaker than itachi.
Itachi already defeated Deidara in 1 second before as well.

Deidara was almost blitz by hebi sasuke even though sasuke did not want to kill him. He also was blitzed by Sai, so
Minato who's the fastest character in the manga shouldn't have a problem with that.

Gaara won't be good either with Kisame, because if Kisame used his jutsus, that will make Gaara's sand useless, not
to mention there is a HUGE gap between his level and Minato's level. Same can be said about Kisame.

So, yeah team 2 win this with ease IMO. Zzz

Minato teleports away with Itachi in case of CO
Itachi's sharingan will see C4 cloud of bombs and they will easily evade.
Normal bombs will be blocked with ST barrier or Yata mirror. Minato also mentioned that he could create normal barriers, see chap 503
Kisame's water is equalled by Bunta's and easily blocked by ST barrier and Yata mirror
Amaterasu+oil=instant victory
Gamabunta's oil render all sand attacks useless
