He could send that as far up in the sky, and as far away from him as possible.

I don't think he'd eliminate an entire Nation though.

I know Nagato could easily just fly around the world blowing up Villages.
He'd rest at certain spots and continue his annihilation.
Deidara could do the same thing, but probably much quicker.
