But what are the extents? He can definitely see through a basic Genjutsu: Sharingan, and Dusk Crow. But can he see through Sasuke's tsukuyomi? Itachi's tsukuyomi? Madara's genjutsu? Far fetched, but possibly Kotoamatsukami?

I feel like he could counter any 3T Genjutsu and possibly Itachi's Tsukiyomi. Madara's Genjutsu has no feats, so he probably only has basic, so I'm going to say yes.

Yes he does. Siblings get the same mangekyo sharingan power and every set of siblings is diffrent. Thats why you have to take a sharingan from your sibling for ems. But any two powers.combined.give you susanoo

Obito has difrrent powers than sasuke and itachi
Itachi and sasuke have same powers
Madara should have diffrent powers, but he does have susanoo

Deidera said he trained his eye to counter sharingan. But we never seen him use that ability vs a sharingan . So nobody really knows . They are just guessing
