Deidara could pose a massive threat to A or B. C4 could be used and despite B and A having the Raiton Nature to disable the Microscopic bombs, they do not have the sharingan to be able to tell that an invisible cloud of chakra is coming towards them, before they would be able to figure it out they would be blown up on a cellular level. Onoki could attack them from a distance while staying out of the cloud, the moment A tries to use his insane speed to blitz, he ends up traveling through the cloud without knowing.

So logically, Deidara isn't making it to C4 based on your conditions.

Nice point, I did not think of the Raiton cloak for some reason. And perhaps I should put the Intel on basic. It would be obvious then that Deidara needs to stay away from A, since Raikage are known for their speed.

Yeah, Deidara would have a much better chance while Ay and B's chances don't increase as knowledge won't change for them.

OT: Team stone definitely wins this since OP restricted Bee to V2. They can't do jack against flying opponents + C4 and laser jintons from above take them down.
