Gai didn't attack Deidara, LoL. That is only in the anime, and you know, that isn't canon. In the actual manga Deidara clashed with Tenten and dodged her shuriken.

Sasuke has good hype and good feats in speed, he is clearly a fast speedster. Kakashi is on another level, he was called fast by Obito, one that can physically keep up with no Shunshin KCM Naruto, intercepted and outspeeded the same Obito, counterblitzed Rinnegan and Sharingan V2 Bijuu hitting with Raikiri, kept pace with Gated Gai, kept pace with Minato. Deidara had giant trouble with Sasuke's speed, so Kakashi blitzes him, yeah.

The first panel indicates they all got involved in the initial clash and than disperse afterwards. Ten-ten, standing behind everyone, than uses her shuriken.

If you're telling me that was simply ten-ten using her shuuriken, you're implying that the rest simply stepped to the side and allowed her to initiate the confrontation. That's unlikely.

Kakashi keeping up with others and being hyped by Obito, who is relatively slow himself (foot speed wise), proves little when Sasuke speed feats are superior. Both have 4.5 at that.
