*i channel my chakra into the ground to raise the pillars, but nothing happens. then i picture the opening sequence for avatar where roku brings up earth. i try again and bring up two pillars about a foot tall. they crumble away after a few minutes.*

"Try it again with more chakra."

*i channel more chakra and focus more raiton into it. then i try again, but only summon two pillars. after trying this over and over, i finally have four pillars and i hit your clone with the raiton.*

*channels raiton around me but the jutsu falls short. i picture a bug-zapper and try again, but the jutsu is still weak. then i picture neji doing his rotation, but instead of the chakra dome, it is raiton. i try the jutsu again. it is stronger, but still not complete*

*walks up and touches the shield and doesn`t get shock*

"The shield is perfect but it needs more lightning chakra to shock your opponent."

*i increase the raiton in the shield. as i do this, i picture naruto hitting his kunai into neji's lightning rotation and instead of knocking neji down, he gets shocked. then i picture myself creating the electric rotation around myself then i do the jutsu again*

"Tell me the weakness to this technique and the best time to use this technique?"

one weakness is that any allies near to you would get electrocuted. also, if you have an injury, you wouldnt be able to get help from medic ninjas.

the best time to use this tech is against a taijutu user for an offensive defense.

Nice on the time to use but weakness isn`t correct. The shield isn`t that big. Also you wouldn`t have the shield up if you is injured. Try to think of another weakness.

Now channel lightning chakra around your body. Make the chakra more concentrated. If the concentration is right, if anything hits the shield it will explode blowing whatever hits it back.

*i surround myself in lightning chakra and picture it condensing into a perfectly intact shield instead of just randomly flowing charka. then i picture a ninja attacking me, but instead of just getting shocked, he is blasted back in an electric wave and disappears in the horizon. then i do the jutsu*

*throws a kunai and it hits your shoulder*

*pulls kunai out of shoulder. i do the jutsu again, but i increase the chakra even further. as i am doing this, i am picturing the chakra shield even bigger and the ninja being flung even further*
