Extreme neg diff: The character one shots the enemy with a base attack. End state: Unchanged. Example: Danzo vs Karin, Kakashi vs Demon brothers.

Neg diff: Knows that the opponent has no counter to his feats. The character use base techniques to toy with the enemy or a semi high ability to crush the enemy instantly. End state: Heart beat slightly faster. Example: Itachi vs Orochimaru, Madara vs Shinobi fodder alliance.

Low diff: Comfortable win. The character never feels that threatened. Still he uses at least semi high abilities to beat the enemey. Possible end state: No/minor injuries, adrenaline up. Sasori vs Kankuro, Shino vs Zaku

Mid diff: Respects the opponents abilities and knows that he is a threat. The character uses his top techniques and defeats the enemy decisively. Possible end state: Slightly fatigued, minor/non serious injuries Example: Minato vs Obito, Pain vs Jiraiya, Shino vs Kankuro

High diff: The opponent is a big threat and may very well kill the character. The character has to use his best abilities and/or strategy to be able to win. Possible end state: Moderate/serious injuries, fatigued. Example: Sasuke vs Deidara, Rock Lee vs Gaara, Deidara vs Gaara, Obito vs Konan

Extreme high diff: For the character to be able to win he needs to use his best techniques, use strategy and have some luck. Possible end state: Serious/near fatal injuries, greatly fatigued. Example: Sasuke vs Naruto round 1, Naruto vs Pain

I'd say extreme high diff, but according to this definition it's closer to high diff. So either high diff or extreme high diff
