When is that Naruto plot holes/plot no jutsu really weaken the story so much that it is correct to say that Kishi is losing his touch?I think that while there are legit plot holes in Naruto

(I edited the points with tabs for the sake of spacing/clarity):Movieplotholes takes on the dark quest of finding objectively negative aspects of Hollywood screenplays. Most negative comments your friends have about movies are not objective - because they are based on personal tastes. We are not interested in tastes: we are interested in factually provable problems in stories. Our quest leads us to 6 types of errors:
-Minor Plot hole
Contradiction created in the script that negatively affects the logic of individuals scenes.
A screenwriter may create minor plot holes for different reasons.
(a) Saving the heroes -- The heroes are cornered and the only way to save them is to manipulate the fictional universe so that they can be saved.
(b) Create something cool -- logic of scenes can be put aside if it can transform it into something cool or cooler.
(c) Bad writing -- Either from bad writers or tight schedules that leave not enough time to develop and perfect the screenplay.
-Major Plot hole
Contradiction created in the script that negatively affects the logic of main characters.
These problems arise for different reasons.
(a) Induced stupidity -- A main character that is exposed as being witty and clever becomes unbearably stupid in order to manipulate the story.
(b) Induced omniscience -- A main character that is exposed as being witty and clever becomes god-like omniscient and can predict all events.
-Super Plot hole
Contradiction created in the script that negatively affects the logic of the entire story and conflicts.
These problems arise for different reasons.
(a) Induced stupidity of the main villain -- Can negate the initial conflict and the heroes quest to stop him/her.
(b) heavyweight plot device -- A concept/object is introduced in the film that completely transforms how the story should have played out.
(c) Conflict Destruction -- A contradiction appears that logically destroys the conflict and the overall story.
-Plot contrivance
Contrivance in the script that does not go against the logic of a story/character but instead goes against all odds of it occurring.
(a) Contrived Coincidence -- Characters will make bad/good moves against all odds of their respective attributes in order to get the story moving.
(b) Contrived Event -- There could be 1 chance in a billion for two characters to meet, but they will.
-Retroactive Continuity
Retcons are script inconsistencies that exist in-between movies of the same franchise. They are thus very similar to plot holes but can only exist in movie series. They are however usually used purposefully to:
(a) accommodate sequels and prequels
(b) resolve chronological issues
(c) correct past plot holes from earlier films in the series.
-Unaddressed Issue
Information left out of the script that would have been useful to understand the story better.
Since information is left out, it is impossible to categorize the problem as a plot hole since the script did not address the issue BUT there is reasonable doubt to think that the movie's fictional universe could not answer it appropriately. Sometimes, important plot points are kept vague in order to conceal inevitable plot holes. Unaddressed Issues create general vagueness in the script and overall lazy writing.

-The title character is the son of the Fourth Hokage but none of the kids in his class are able to figure that out. Considering the Fourth Hokage's face is sculpted onto a mountain, surely at least one kid would have made the obvious connection, considering that it was blatantly obvious from the start. It might be argued that a few had figured it out and kept it a secret, but then why wouldn't they treat Naruto with more respect?
-Forget the others how did Naruto never realize it? Several people have stated that Naruto looks just like the 4th hokage, yet not once do we see him even ask who the hell his parents were.
-He is also said to have failed the final exams three times (and the exam at the start of the series is his fourth), but is in the same age group as others from his class (who are presumably taking it for the first time). This would mean he must have advanced through the earlier classes much faster than others (notably Sasuke and even Neji) and yet he is called a failure and a dropout.
-Further, if he did repeat the classes, he must have been in the same class as Neji, Tenten, and Lee in the previous year, though they do not seem to know him much when they first meet.
-Now that it has been confirmed that Both of Naruto's parents died very shortly after he was born (maybe hours later) this raises the question: From that day to where the story starts, who raised Naruto when he was too young to take care of himself? This is even made further confusing when it is mentioned several times that Naruto was treated like a pariah in his childhood and that people wouldn't even want to go near him.
-Naruto's nine-tailed demon fox beast must be 'exorcised' last, not down to a case of numerical order; as numbers 1 to 8 don't need to be harvested in any particular order - no explanation for this has been issued - all seems a case of simple convenience.
-For no particular reason, Naruto's beast is hailed the strongest of all; allegedly because it has the most tails, though the one tailed belonging to a fellow child that has since been written out the story (the beast that is) and six have hardly been present within the series, so where's our proof?
-The Four-Tails once pointed out the fox made the assumption it was the strongest, due to having the most tails.
For the vast majority of the series it was assumed that if Naruto dies while the Ninetails is inside him, the Ninetails will die too. Eventually it's revealed that this is not the case, and the Ninetails would simply be revived, presumably without a host. And the Ninetails knew this. This raises a lot of questions as to why the Ninetails, who despised Naruto for a very long time, would make any attempt at saving his life by giving him his chakra so many times rather than just let him die. You can't assume that the Ninetails actually cared about Naruto either, because the Ninetails has made several attempts at taking over Naruto's body to be free. Being that, presumably, revival takes a while to occur, the Ninetails doesn't just let him die because it would take a while to return.
