[Question] Default Techniques?

I'm attempting to make a Zabuza Momochi bio and I was wondering if the example techniques for Kubikiribōchō would be available by default, or would I have to train for them?

They are:

(Chi no Shūkaku Jutsu) – Blood Harvesting Technique

Description: A unique technique in which the Kubikiribōchō (Decapitating Carving Knife) when used to slash a target to cause a wound the sword will absorb from the blood iron minerals to help regenerate any physical damage to the blade itself.
Note: Can only be used by Zabuza or Suigetsu
Note: The ability is in effect at all times and thus doesn't have to be posted in a battle

(Rasen Funkei no Jutsu) – Spiral Decapitation Technique

Range: Short – Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Zabuza will throw his Decapitating Carving Knife towards the a target in a sprialling motion that acts like a boomerang and when striking the target it will return afterwards back to his hand. This technique can be used to also strike multiple targets.
Note: Can only be used by Zabuza or Suigetsu

A Sensei (those with an orange name) have to teach you those techniques. You don't get anything by default other than his sword.
