One time I chanced upon a recreation of Eric Harris' old website. It had bomb-making instructions and everything (just like the original.)

From what I heard, I don't understand how someone would even want to go there. It's full of... child sites, sites to buy drugs/weapons and advertisements for hitmen. I'm pretty sure you can get in trouble for going on it in the first place

Lol no. It's not forbidden at all.
The deep web was first created for the government but later was used by all kind of people. It's basically because you are given a different IP and while using the Deep Web the NSA (e.g) can't track your movements. I would actually use the Deep Web but someone can get in trouble very qucik.

I've been there. Was pretty cool that something like this exists. shows humans true nature... But it ain't that worse most of the links are dead.

It is filled with 90s like sites and crazy onion links and it is not easy as googling something and finding a site like the Internet.

This guy got a life sentence for running a black market there..story is interesting.
