Totsuka blitz is a famous phrase around here but unfortunately it doesnt exist, simply put itachi cant totsuka blitz anyone

Nagato was hit because he couldnt walk, this was explicitly stated by kabuto, Kabuto also didnt know that nagato was a sensor and didnt take advantage of this ability

And lastly itachi cannot move fast when he is using susanoo as kabuto says here, his susanoo also lacks good mobility as it lacks feet like madara's

You're making it seem as if the Susano'o has to be formed 100m away from the target. I stated before, Kabuto could not be sealed, so you can't keep saying that if it was not possible to do it at the time due to circumstances.
