She did heal Naruto though. You read the panel and only took the fact that Sakura couldn't deal with Kurama's chakra, but it's like you zoned out the moment it's stated that Naruto seems to be immune to it. All Sakura had to do was deal with the damage inflicted by Kurama's chakra rather than the chakra itself because the chakra itself isn't a problem for Naruto. And she was able to deal with damage caused by the chakra as she already healed her arm ignoring the lingering chakra, so there's nothing to doubt.

Naruto did have the bijuu chakra which is why he did the tug of war. He gained RSM with TSBs in his mind.
Hogaromo and the tailed beasts had already given him what he neededand. They didn't need to help him knock away the TSBs.
