Since I can confidently say I am quite possibly one of the people that is most familiar with Zexion's style of debating with Kakuzu through our previous clashes, I know the exact argumentation Zexion will go for right away. That is, he will argue the prowress of Kakuzu's Raiton: Gian. To start off, Zexion will assume that Kakuzu is on the same level as Bijuus due to being a member of an organization that is specifically created to fight Bijuus

Using this as a stepping stone, Zexion will bring up how in order to cut down natural lightning, Kakashi required a single Raikiri [

] Beast's who's minds are much weaker than a human's and yet Ino is capable of thinking exactly as a human while inside of the beast. Not only that, but she can also easily control the beast's natural capabilities such as flying. This shows that Ino is smart enough to be able to learn how to use her target's natural abilities as soon as he transfers into them and that she can think normally as a human, no matter how small the beast's brain is.

In other words, the mind refers to a more physical definition where a certain something is capable of thought. A brain refers to the physical organs inside of our skull. While the brain also contains the mind, they are no exactly the same thing and a mind can still exist without the organ called brain in fiction. Sasori himself, who has no brain organ but is capable of thought thus has a mind, is testimony to that. The same goes for Kakuzu's Masks. They can notice that Kakuzu is dead, pinpoint his body's location [

Now that I've proven that, lets move to how Ino's Jutsu works. It does not affect the brain. However, it affects the mind instead. Hence why Sakura, who has two minds [

], was capable of breaking Ino's jutsu which baffled even Shikamaru. Sakura doesn't have two brains since she has normal human body construction so if Ino's jutsu affected the brain instead of the mind, Sakura wouldn't have been able to break out of it. This proves that Ino's jutsu affects the mind instead of the brain.
Now, lets move to the heart counter now that I've proven everything above. As we've seen every time in this manga, Kakuzu's jutsu take time to charge up and secondly, they cannot move around while charging up the jutsu. [

] At least, the Katon and Raiton masks can't do so as they've been stationary in every scenario in which they used their respective jutsu. And this is exactly where Ino manages to make up for her weakness and take control of Raiton Mask who would be charging up Gian. Once Ino intercepts and takes control of it, just like she was able to use the eagle's flying techniques, she will able to use every jutsu that the Raiton Mask is capable of using. In other words, Gian would break through Domu and possibly kill the Katon Mask which's fire does not have nearly the cutting or destructive capabilities of Gian so it would cut right through Zukoku and destroy the Katon Mask. Thus, Ino gets rid of the two biggest problems (Domu and Gian) while also killing Kakuzu's other mean of offense, leaving only the Fuuton mask which will be forced to go back into Kakuzu's body due to Kakuzu being killed by Gian previously.
