There will be only one character in versus allowed for the first rounds to mix things up a bit we will be implementing varying limitations to stop strong character spam needless to say the juubi is off limits including everyone from the Ootsutsuki clan (first+second generation),rinnegan users and perfect sage mode users everyone else is permitted if they have been in that form in the manga.There will be two presets decided by the judges for character selection choose your own and specific group to choose from like konoha 11.

Way to win
In versus the player loses a round when they can't get out of a the situation their opponent describes for example Itachi uses Amateseru and the opponent uses Water style on himself. Another way to win is if your opponent provides false evidence that will count as being unable to defend themselves. Your posts can be disproven so be careful with what you post!

Disqualifications and Forfeiting
If a player does not stick to the the times agreed with the judges given they will be automatically disqualified barring special circumstances. You may also be disqualified for trolling, excessive abusive language , arguing against clear evidence , spamming , ignoring the post count etc. no one should have any problems following basic common sense.

You cannot sneak attack your opponent nor can you post ridiculous movesets that they haven't shown in the manga. If they cant do it the manga don't bother ( exp . Itachi jumps back in the air using totsuka from 100 metres away) if they have done that movement in the manga its ok.

Evidence
Scans need to be provided for every point made it is not sufficient to just say Ninja X did something it must be proven without reasonable doubt like they say in court.

Hype
A lot of clear strong evidence must be provided to stand as a rule of thumb we won't accept it.

Summary
Rules will be a hypothetical fight intending to kill there will be three rounds you lose a round if your character dies not being able to defend themselves via the method you described. A vote will happen if there is no winner by the end of the post count with each judge giving one name whoever has the most votes wins that round.

Player A- ( provides evidence for yin release)Nagato could just use Asura path to block perfect susanoo etc. etc.

To officially kick things off, let me begin by stating a few facts about Shino that may be unknown to whomever is reading. Shino is a analytical and tactical genius. With that being said; Shino manages to stay one-step ahead of his opponents at all times, and is able to unnoticeably deploy his insects to ambush his opponents [

] This perfectly demonstrates his analyitcal and tactical expertise. And not only was this showcased within the manga, but it is also backed up within Kishi's databook.

Now, before I move on; I'd like to point out one more important aspect on Shino's fighting style. Unlike the majority of shinobi in the NV, Shino never underestimates his opponents, and will fight all out from the start! [

Establishing Durability

As we all may know, Shino and Konan possess a similar fighting style. That being, using some sort of projectiles to do the fighting for them from afar. Shino using insects; Konan using paper. There is no doubt that the insects and paper will be clashing throughout the battle, so let's address this first.

Contrary to the popular belief, Shino's insects [Kikaichū] are quite durable. A condensed swarm of insects in the form of a bunshin were able to completely withstand two kunais being shot at them from point blank range [

] without any visible sign of penetration;

These insects have also shown to be able to clog up a puppets joints [

] a feat shared with none other then the IRON sand [

to the point where the air blast had no where else to go, causing it to blow his arm off. Not to mention, the bugs crawled out the wind hole completely unscathed [

from Konans paper, there is no reason why a condensed shield of insects wouldn't suffice as shield to protect Shino from the paper attacks, especially given the fact that the insects

Konans paper. Given these two previous factors, even the explosive tags should be nullified, or at the very least hindered; seeing as they're all encoded with chakra and can only be activated after a set amount of time or remotely.

On The Offensive; A Fallen Angel

Shino is able to get out and deploy his platoon of insects within seconds [

] Once, deployed the insects are able to travel in a considerably fast paste, seeing as they were already attacking Tobi the same scan that they were initially deployed from quite a few meters away. Now, Konan will undoubtedly match the insects with her paper shuriken, but this shouldn't be a problem for Shino. As stated previously, Shino is an analytical and tactical genius, and this is where is unmatched expertise in these category's will come to play. While the front platoon of insects are being occupied by shielding, attacking, and diverting; Shino can deploy a second platoon to ambush Konan from the back, as he has been shown to stealthily do [

Soon as the ambush platoon of insects reach Konan, they can be ordered to to spread throughout the entire vicinity in order to overwhelm her;

Which leads into a very overlooked technique;

A terrifying technique, that restrains the target of movement, and sucks away their chakra until causing death. Without any sort of super-human strength or teleportation technique, this is almost a sure shot kill. And even if the target manages to escape, the insects would instantly picked up the direction they tried to escape to via chakra sensing and pursue [

], repeating the process all over again. As if this wasn't already enough, the insects have shown to be able to eat through Konans paper;

Which is just added insurance in Konan's defeat.

Okay, let's start with Konan's intelligence. She is one of the smartest of Akatsuki, being able to decipher the secrets of Obito's Kamui. Even Obito was impressed with her analyzation, forcing him to use the forbidden skill Izanagi.

Konan had a very keen intellect as she was able to quickly understand the process and reason behind the hop in, hop out system Jiraiya had created for them and years later would study Tobi's space-time techniques, accurately deciphering how they worked and then did countless simulations in order to find the perfect way to kill him. Even Tobi expressed surprise that he was forced to rely on the forbidden Izanagi to survive her final assault at the cost of his left eye.[13]"

Konan was shown to be able to manipulate paper at an advanced rate, almost perfectly. She was able to create several origami items in seconds. Her paper is also durable, no where near the conditions of normal paper. She was able to repel a fire attack from a legendary and high-skilled ninja, Jiraiya. Not only did her paper defend against the fire technique, it was able to overpower the fire technique and continue on to Jiraiya.

With her showing skills in folding paper in a short-amount of time, and the durability of her paper, it is easy to conclude that she can simply squish Shino's bugs by folding them inside a piece of paper. I also believe that Konan and Shino's supply on paper and bugs are almost infinite. On the video shown above, it shows konan expelling large amounts of paper and using it as an offensive against Jiraiya via her wings. You can see (somewhere in the video) that the paper grows out, as if she can instantly replace the ones she lost.

In this video, it shows Konan was almost unaffected by the Aburame clan's bugs. If you watch it, it shows her creating many, many clones made of paper. These clones, however, will not disappear once struct like naruto's kagebunshins. (Shown when the bugs attacked her clones) When the real one was struct and swarmed by what i believe is thousands and thousands of bug, she simply turned herself into paper and reformed again. With that said, i believe that bug attacks would sort of be ineffective.

Offensive​

This video also shows konan creating clones, but these clones can explode. It shows that konan's CLONES were able to tank insects, and continue on to explode at the target. This would be the offensive, explosives. She can make a large amount of clones to simply rain down on Aburame at a spread-out place, and because Shino cannot expel as much insects as he can in that short amount of time, it would be almost impossible to defend against it all.

Well, that's all i got :/. Uh, basically Konan can turn herself into some sort of paper form where she can escape from a swarm of bugs surrounding her whole body. Furthermore, her clones that are made of paper bombs and can detonate is useful because she can create a large amount and have it rain down on Aburame, able to tank the bugs and continue on. Her paper shurikens and paper in general can counter the bugs.
