There will be only one character in versus allowed for the first rounds to mix things up a bit we will be implementing varying limitations to stop strong character spam needless to say the juubi is off limits including everyone from the Ootsutsuki clan (first+second generation),rinnegan users and perfect sage mode users everyone else is permitted if they have been in that form in the manga.There will be two presets decided by the judges for character selection choose your own and specific group to choose from like konoha 11.

Way to win
In versus the player loses a round when they can't get out of a the situation their opponent describes for example Itachi uses Amateseru and the opponent uses Water style on himself. Another way to win is if your opponent provides false evidence that will count as being unable to defend themselves. Your posts can be disproven so be careful with what you post!

Disqualifications and Forfeiting
If a player does not stick to the the times agreed with the judges given they will be automatically disqualified barring special circumstances. You may also be disqualified for trolling, excessive abusive language , arguing against clear evidence , spamming , ignoring the post count etc. no one should have any problems following basic common sense.

You cannot sneak attack your opponent nor can you post ridiculous movesets that they haven't shown in the manga. If they cant do it the manga don't bother ( exp . Itachi jumps back in the air using totsuka from 100 metres away) if they have done that movement in the manga its ok.

Scans need to be provided for every point made it is not sufficient to just say Ninja X did something it must be proven without reasonable doubt like they say in court.

A lot of clear strong evidence must be provided to stand as a rule of thumb we won't accept it.

Summary
Rules will be a hypothetical fight intending to kill there will be three rounds you lose a round if your character dies not being able to defend themselves via the method you described. A vote will happen if there is no winner by the end of the post count with each judge giving one name whoever has the most votes wins that round.

Orochimaru’s Advantages

Orochimaru has the ability of constant regeneration via the Body Replacement Technique that allows him to restore any injuries to his body, even in the case of amputated limbs thanks to his snake-like influence as shown here:

Such abilities are also demonstrated when he went up against Three-Tailed Naruto. He suffered significant damage as a result of Naruto’s attack, but he was able to regenerate himself to the condition he was before battle:

Orochimaru also has superior defense abilities that prevent him from being attacked easily and allows him to have the element of surprise in battle. A great example of this would be his “Attack Prevention Technique” used when confronting Anko.

Although Orochimaru’s expert abilities in defense are enough to take on Sasuke, that is not his only advantage. Orochimaru is skilled on the offensive side as well. Orochimaru possesses the unique ability to absorb chakra as shown during his resurrection:

Orochimaru also has the power to paralyse his opponents and limit, if not, completely disable the amount of chakra they can use. Just using that puts a vast limit on the jutsu Sasuke can use, forcing him into using Taijutsu where Orochimaru can conjure up his snake summons to suffocate him. Orochimaru is able to hinder his opponents by using two techniques: the Temporary Paralysis Technique and the Five Elements Seal.

This seal was used to suppress the Nine Tails chakra and completely disrupt Naruto’s chakra use. It can block or disturb the flow of the chakra of Orochimaru’s target. Using those two techniques at a quick enough pace would cause Sasuke to be unable generate enough chakra to be able to take on Orochimaru at full strength for long.

How the battle will commence:

The battle will begin with Sasuke activating his Sharingan to analyse the situation and his opponent. Orochimaru will initiate a slight taunt before storing up chakra while awaiting Sasuke’s attack. Sasuke would attack first using his sword (kenjutsu) with the intent to incapacitate Orochimaru, due to Orochimaru not having the limitations that his disabled arms once presented him, he is able to avoid the attacks with precision while beginning his defensive techniques. Using the advantages listed above, Orochimaru will be able to wear Sasuke down and battle at virtually any range, forcing Sasuke to use higher levels of his Sharingan (which will eventually cause eye straining) and the Curse Seal (which depletes his chakra the longer he uses it).

The Curse Seal wouldn’t have much of an effect on Orochimaru being that he was the one who developed it. Now before people state “But Sasuke was able to beat him before with it!”, mind you that was an unhealthy Orochimaru with unusable arms. This version of Orochimaru has no ailments, therefore, he is capable of taking Sasuke out, full force. And before anyone dares bring up Itachi, allow me to remind you that those are Itachi’s feats, not Sasuke’s. Therefore that point would be moot. But, during said battle, Orochimaru was able to bring himself out of Sasuke’s curse mark, further elaborating that Orochimaru simply cannot be beaten by normal means.

And if during the heat of the battle, Orochimaru were to use the Five Elements Seal, combined with the Temporary Paralysis Technique, Sasuke would not be able to use any high level jutsu. With the eye strain he has suffered from the use of his Sharingan, and the exhaustion he is facing while using the Curse Mark, and now with no ability to use any upper level jutsu, Orochimaru can simply go in for the kill using and of his built-in snake styled techniques. Ending this battle with Orochimaru’s victory.

The End Result:

The battle will end by Orochimaru wearing out Sasuke to the point of near exhaustion and chakra depletion in which Orochimaru can choose to kill Sasuke completely, or use his body as a host as displayed in Chapter 199.

Further Reasoning/Explanation As to Why:

As I stated in “Orochimaru’s Advantages” and in the hypothetical battle, Orochimaru has limitless defenses. To elaborate, any attack or damage that Sasuke manages to do to him will simply be reversed by the use of the Body Replacement Technique. Also consider that Sasuke has the Curse Mark Seal on him, which eats away at his own chakra while granting him the use of it’s own. This will cause Sasuke to become heavily exhausted if he were to go into Curse Seal Mode. The longer he uses said mode, and if he were to delve into the Level Two, he would be in a near death-like state as shown here:

Another thing I want you all to pay attention to, is the curse seal other attribute. Orochimaru can use this seal to his advantage. Why? Allow me to explain: No matter how many times Orochimaru is “killed”, the fact that Hebi Sasuke still has the Curse Seal mark on his flesh, Orochimaru can easily use the “Evil Releasing Method” to resurrect himself out of Sasuke’s cursed seal as shown previously in his battle with Anko:

Being a Sannin level shinobi, Orochimaru has vast supplies of chakra, allowing him to perform this ability as many times as he would like as long as Sasuke still has the cursed mark. This shows that as long as Hebi Sasuke or anyone else with Curse Mark abilities is still alive, Orochimaru can never be completely defeated.

Another useful tool that Orochimaru could use to defeat Sasuke while battling him close range, is the Sword of Kusanagi. If Sasuke were to initiate close combat, Orochimaru can simply draw out the Sword of Kusanagi and control that telepathically while engaging in said battle as he did with his battle with Hiruzen.

The main thing I would like to mention here is Orochimaru’s level of expertise. Unlike Sasuke, who can simply summon snakes, Orochimaru actually had body modifications which allows him to use snakes without using the summoning seal. This is extremely useful when performing techniques such as:

And many more techniques beyond that threshold. Not to mention is that seems to fail for him, which I doubt, Orochimaru can simply resort to using Edo Tensei to conjure up powerful shinobi to fight alongside him, overwhelming Sasuke and taking the win.
