Debate: Is prime/healthy Nagato on the same level as Hashirama and EMS Madara?

Okay, so we know that due to sickness and a lack of mobility, Nagato wasn't as effective as he had wished to be towards the latter part of Akatsuki's plan.

My question is, with all the techniques and power Nagato exhibited (including 6POP, pre modern akatsuki and as an Edo), would he be equal to Hashirama and EMS Madara had he not had those restrictions on himself? I'm talking about a fully healthy Nagato, with a strong body and able to use all 6 paths by himself.

I personally think yes, what are your views?

Edit: I guess I wasn't fully clear to some. When I say prime/healthy. I'm not referring to Nagato at a specific time in the actual manga, but a hypothetical Nagato who is fully mobile/healthy and can perform all 6 paths by himself.

I agree, he caught Naruto in Human Path with ease (this, with Naruto already having knowledge of that ability). In a fight, Hashi and Madara would not be aware of such a technique. Now, knowing them to be ninja, they will resort to hand to hand combat at some point if they were to fight. If Nagato was to wait till they were weakened he probably could catch them in Human Path and take their souls. Not forgetting Preta path would absorb a majority of their attacks, so I guess he'd have the advantage. He'd at least tie with them without a doubt if not beating them.

Only speculations. As far as i see it Madara was just a whiny kid who got kicked out by the Uchiha and decided to seek revenge against Hashirama and failed. You could argue that he took the Rinnegan and such, but believe me, he didn't want to lose.

Well Madara took Hashi's DNA which gave him the Rinnegan and all the perks that come which Hashi's DNA. Not to mention he took his brothers eyes. My point is Nagato isn't the only one who took someone else's power.

It is said Nagato mastered all 5 elements and some powerful jutsus by 11/12. I'm assuming he learnt the shadow clones jutsu. Imagine 25 Nagato clones, all with linked vision and the ability to use all paths' powers. No one in the Narutoverse (apart from Kabuto with Edo army) stands a chance.
