This was one of the shorter debates I've read. Good match-up overall, but I can't help but realize you guys misunderstood each other a little too much. In Waltz case, you're assuming that Kabuto would just let Killer Bee get into a formation with the swords and attack him from multiple sides. But in the same manner, Waltz did prove that his clones can use the weaponry since the real Killer Bee does carry Samehada now, which allows him to spread around swords to his clones and adopt the formation that Waltz presented.
TRE, you had an actually decent opener for the most part, but your counters to Waltz were lacking. You never really gave any counter arguments to his points that thwarted his strategy in the slightest and you even misconstrued his point when he was saying Bee would use the V1 cloak and not Bijuu Mode. You also assume that it takes Killer Bee a while to charge up a Bijuu dama, but in the same manner, do you not remember him using Flash Bijuu dama? That didn't take long at all to use and the power behind that is far greater than C0 that killed Manda I. I'm going to keep this judgment to a minimum so not to bore you all with a lot of words that most of you will skip over.
TRE, your opener was good and addressed points well. You acknowledge Kabuto's superior reactions and CQC ability but you also failed to solidly counter Waltz's strategy. You also assumed way too much in Manda's ability to actually tank any variant of Bijuu dama's from Bee.
I'm going to give my vote to Waltz, simply because he had control over the debate right after his first counter.
