Danzo wins

Pein would be confused as hell everytime he thinks Danzos dead, would be very easy to catch him off guard if he doesnt hold back like Danzo did with sasuke and tobi

Pain, low difficulty. lol at Kotoamatsukami being able to affect dead bodies which are merely being manipulated via the Rinnegan's Gedō. Genjutsu works by manipulating the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, and since Danzo cannot send his chakra through the paths to Nagato himself, KA cannot work. We saw this when Jiraiya's Gamarinsho was used. Although Nagato's paths were caught, he himself remained unaffected; it is stated that all who are caught in the jutsu appear inside the illusionary cube - Nagato's body was not there. He merely was able to see what his paths saw and speak through them. It also makes sense because when Gakido overdosed on Senjutsu chakra, the path turned to stone whilst Nagato himself remained unaffected; the chakra was unable to travel to Nagatos' body. The only reason Nagato is able to send his chakra across such vast distances is because he uses the black rods. And even if Kotoamatsukami could gain control over a single path, Nagato would break the illusion effortlessly since he would realise there was a path which was not following his commands. Since KA is virtually useless here, Pain will have little problem exhausting Izanagi's usage.

Danzo will Just Control one of the Paths

You can't break Koto because You won't even Know you are Under the Genjutsu

You're not making any sense whatsoever. If Danzo took control of a path, how would Nagato not know? He's the one controlling them after all. If a path randomly started acting by itself (which it cannot), it would be obvious to Nagato that the path was under genjutsu and the illusion would be broken.

Pains wins mid difficulty.

Nagato has a lot more chakra than Sasuke so he should be able to outlast izanagi. All six Pain bodies attacking him at once will force Danzo to spam izanagi meaning Danzo won't be able to conserve those eyes or his chakra. Also Pain is fighting with the intent to kill so he won't be going easy on him like he did to Naruto.

As for what Danzo's offence, he coulf use Baku to deal with animal path. Asura path could tank Danzo's low level fuuton attacks or they can be absorbed by preta. The human and naraka paths are the weakest although they can buy some time for deva path to be recharged.

Once deva is recharged CT would end the battle because Danzo won't be able to destroy it.

If we're talking their natural abilities then definitely Pein, Danzo main powers came from all the Sharingan he stole, like his Iznagi. Technically Danzo's power wasn't his own.

I believe KA could work on Pain, he uses Chakra Receivers to control their movements, they all have the Rinnegan, meaning they all share the same vision, including Nagato himself.

If Nagato see's what all the Paths see, then he can certainly be trapped in a Genjutsu, and for those who argue that the Paths simply don't have to make eye contact, KA: "This technique seemingly did not require direct eye contact, as demonstrated when Danzō manipulated Mifune's thoughts without exposing his Sharingan."

Also, Danzo still has Izanagi and cant die for 10 minutes. So for 10 minutes he's:

A. Indestructible
B. Able to catch Pain by surprise consistently for 10 minutes straight
C. Can go for suicide attacks if needed to defeat the Paths 1 at a time and reappear after without a scratch
