I speculated via the fact that it hits the user before they realize and the manga panel of an advanced mutation of it via the Kaguya vs Sasuke fight

So saying that means every attack makes no sense in the slightest

dodging it by teleportation or attack the attack with your own attack can be a plausible deduction but particularly the former is all factored to who overpowers who
