Deathstroke looks at his opponent Nightwing with a death steer through his only eye.
"So you didn't learn from last time to not come across my path. Now come at me with all you got."
They stand looking at each other observing other while Deathstroke not only observes but senses his opponent's energy to get an understanding of it. They stand in an empty place all white everywhere for miles away with nothing else.

"You won't win this time, I'll make sure that you rot in jail!"
As I say this, without the need for a single handseal I charge chakra into my eyes. This enlarges the veins connected to my eyes, and increases blood flow to them. This increases their use dramatically, and turns them white. I now have my byakugan activated.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

I then get into a standard gentle fist stance. I extend my right leg forwards, and put my left arm back with the finger tips pointing behind me. My right hand, is extended in front of me. It is open, as if I'm going to shake your hands. My left leg is back and my feet are a bit more than shoulder length apart. My toes are pointing to my left. All my muscles are extremely tensed, ready for me to spring forward.

With that, I suddenly explode towards you springing towards you in a lunge like movement. I break off into a run, all my built up energy exploding outwards as I run with the force of a tidal wave. I charge chakra into my feet, and allow it to repel my feet from the ground allowing me to move faster than normal. As I reach you, I charge up chakra into my finger tips making it almost like a needle extending from my finger tips. I use my left arm first, making a hard strike aimed at your own arms. They strike with extreme precision hitting just above the elbows on the biceps if they connect. I aim two more at the shoulder blades of both your arms. I then launch two final strikes. One is aimed at your stomach, and would make you double over in pain if it hit. The second would be aimed at your heart and if it hits would knock you unconscious.

Upon your eyes changing, Deathstroke activates his own ability, something you can't detect even with your eyes.

Deathstroke prepares himself listening and looking and sensing his opponent body. Once the release of the first finger tips coming towards his arm, he releases energy around his hand and tosses the hand that was coming at him away by using the energy which is greater then chakra to his advantage and tosses the left arm to the outside of Nightwing body with his left hand. The energy right now can be seen thanks to it coming from his body. The arm is tossed to the side by his left hand and his left elbow after tossing the arm goes into Nightwing knocking him into a folding position. Deathstroke does a backflip knocking his opponent with his feet knocking him up spitting out blood. Deathstroke knows every well of his opponent's eyes and uses his taijutsu mastery over his opponent. He steps back a few feet after knocking his opponent up.

As you are about to deflect my left arm, my eyes widen in surprise for an instant, seeing the energy before narrowing again. I follow your movements easily with byakugan. I quickly use my right hand to make a double forward hard palm strike. The fist is aimed to hit you directly in the chest sending you spiralling backwards, spitting blood instead of me. This would happen before your elbow strike, but right after you deflect my hand.

As I use the second palmstrike, I concentrate chakra into the tenketsu in my hand, I run my eyes over your body almost instantly with my byakugan. I target your left lung. As you are still being blown back, I charge up chakra in my tenketsu and forcefully blast it from my palms, with the palm strike so that it moves extremely quickly with pin point accuracy towards your left lung. If it hits, it would do damage to the lung, possibly rupturing it. If this were to happen, you would pass out.
