Like I said "by the end of the manga". At this time, Kishimoto will be at ease to finish the story and won't have to keep his fans because his work is complete.

Female:

Sakura: I have a feeling that she will die later and will serve to light the fire between Naruto and Sasuke. These 2 will eventually fight at the Valley of the End as it was foreshadowed in Part 1. Besides, I think a sakusasu is unlikely because of sasuke's evil nature and Naruto is more interested in Hinata. Whatever, it makes sense that a member of the team will die to save the other 2. In teams of 3, there are usually sacrifices made by one person to secure the other 2 from dangers.

Tsunade: Her living while Naruto is the hokage is ridiculous because to many readers, she is supposed to be dead. And Kishimoto really wanted to kill her when she has been cut in half while the other kages were only injured. Then, he thought better of it and decided that Tsunade will die in the war after fulfilling her role and being one to make Naruto climb the Hokage ladder. Eventually, she will rejoin his brother in the afterlife and tell him that the hokage dream is a real one....(things like that)

Male:

Gai: He will obviously use the eight gates at the cost of his own life. Rock lee shall take his death as a memorable one and will become a full ninja in his own way. From there, Rock Lee shall obtain his character development. It would also be good writing to readers.

Yamato: I think that guy is dead. His death would bring character development to Naruto or Sai maybe.

I expected this. Yet, this has a 50 percent possibility of happening. The remaining percent is the probability that it will not happen.

I've been calling Sakura ever since she almost got herself killed back when Naruto and Sasuke fought on the rooftop. Having parallels to Rin and Kushina doesn't help her case for living either.

Gai I could see dying, but only after Kakashi dies though. Kakashi was brought back solely because he had unfinished business with Obito. His old man foreshadowed that much. So I think Kakashi dies in some way.

Tsunade, I don't agree. I think if she were going to die it was when Madara split her in two.
