hmm?...Lady Death is in Death's Domain doing her work. Where she should be. *Placebo appears out of the opposite wall, sitting on top of the wall to look down at him with it's legs crossed and arms crossed, looking just like Amy but with a mask covering it's facial features*

'I' am 'her' shadow, in essence 'I' am her, surely 'I' should suffice...'she' is not and should not be who you want 'her' to be, if it's regarding the shinigami you can talk to 'me', 'she' has work to do.
