"Well fine, maybe a little more than just that? i dont know, just some background on this place, why does death need a butler, why are all these souls roaming around? why can strangers just walk in here?"
Death doesn't need a butler, I just support her and her family, much like the others, we're all a family here...
The 'souls' you see are shadow's, people who believed that they'd become part of Death's cloak when they passed away, over the years she's collected so many that they now support in the system to collect and manage other souls as well as offering further support.
And 'strangers' can just wander, usually, when they have a reason, or to just keep things a little more interesting around here really, she pretty much does what she likes these days. *he sighs*
Do you make it a habit to tell people of my home Ryuusuke? *Lady Death walking up behind him as Ryuu seems to jump through the roof suddenly getting nervous*
S-sorry, my lady. *he bows politely I'll get back to work, he the proceeds to shrink down to his second white dragon form, the tray on his back as he walks back to the kitchen*
*Lady death, in her skeletal form, turns to look at the other person in the room*
You were looking for me? *she goes to sit down with a drink from Ryuu's tray*
