Shinji : *opens the door*, Hey byakuya the meeting will happen soon so be sure to be there in time..... and I suggest you stop training and save your strength for later, the moment you came back and you started training nonstop, I mean look at yourself, your covered with blood man... anyways be sure to be there....

Gin : you need to cut your emotions completely to be able to succeed in a mission 100%, emotions makes the person weak, they can stand in your way and sometime cause your loss. emotions have the potential to kill a person.... what a person holds deer to himself is his emotions and if you ever wanna achieve true power... you need to get rid of your own emotions byakuya.
Byakuya : ..... nonsense, if anything its the emotions that let us get stronger and make us strive to do better in the future, stripping someone emotions make him heartless I believe if someone has the will he can do it despite what he feels...
Gin : words are easy byakuya.... everyone says he wanna do this but he never does.... when it comes to the real deal, he stops.... why you may ask? its either they are afraid of the consequences of what might happen to them. they doubt themselves... or maybe there sadness is what makes them stop, emotion is a huge factor when it comes to what person decide and what he do.... even the heartless killers have some limit they cant cross.... however byakuya, if you strip away your own emotions... you would be able to do your job perfectly, no fear, nothing to distract you, you can kill, steal or murder an entire nation without having to feel guilty or getting distracted by so called emotions... you can kill a baby and you wont feel a thing....*smiles*

Gin : wrong!!!! I have a brain to use.... I have a purpose to achieve, I can think logically..... but unlike you byakuya....
