We don't know what sasuke's susanoo can do.. But I'd say itachi due to it. He was better then sasuke before and probably still his. His susanoo right now mops sasuke's on the floor.
Full healthy itachi with no sickness would rape sasuke a new ahole, if he has intent to kill that is... , his susanno is practically invincible, with yata mirror and totsuka sword, none of sasuke's ninjutsu would harm him

I think you mean itachi's eyes. Anyway the only way this would happen is if its edo itachi because if itachi was alive sasuke wouldve gotten ems xd.
Anyway if sasuke still has more or less the same ms techniques as itachi apart from the one other technique he gains from activating the ems. Edo itachi doesnt suffer from his illnesses (not that it matters, he still died undefeated) but also sasuke claimed to be able to fill itachi's powers flowing through him. Itachi would obviously know his own weaknesses and with this should win the fight

You also remember we have yet to see sasuke's susanoo fully developed in battle. So all we have to go on is his quick arrows. :| Also there is no proof really that his ems and ms susanoo are different.

Remember that a shield that blocks all attacks and a sword that with one stab seals the victim in a permanent illusions don't give shit a about EMS.

At the end of the day, what makes itachi's more powerful than sasuke's and madara's is its legendary items
remembr we dnt knw about the abilities of sasuke's susano's sword nd shield ..so can't say that itachi's shield can block every thing ( itachi said every jutsu have a weakness..we dnt knw the weakness of itchis shield..the weaknes may be sasuke's sword)

I beleive that itachis eyes would become blind soon if he uses his eyes too much..so sasuke have the advantage..i knw itachi beated nagato but remembr at that time nagato was concentrating to others..so dnt say itachis sunano is more powrful..
