Zabuza and Haku for me, hands down. When Naruto was yelling at Zabuza for just using Haku and Zabuza tells Naruto to stop, it just made me tear up. He loved that kid as much as his own son, but could never let him know because they were shinobi that were, ideally, emotionless killing machines. And in the end, Zabuza's humanity killed him. Saved him.
