Why didn't you submit it for sotw?
You used two lightwells - on the right bottom corner and top middle. Don't do this it's distracting and the eyes have to search for the focal. Always remember:
"The bigger the render is, the less light you need"
I'd never use such a small render so my advice is that you make the render bigger and put the flames (right side) behind his chest and ontop of his shoulders. Now you only have one source.
The blending, quality, bg, blur and effects are good!
