what surprises me is that tsunade can make an arm for naruto and sasuke but she cant do it for gai

Damn I forgot about that, it's very true. All they would have to do is cut of his leg *bone and all* under powerful anesthesia, and replace it with a hashi leg.

I don't see why not, afterall Hashi cells work wonders.
