you should forget about shading and focus only on the proportions first. the right gun looks more or less acceptabe, but the left is just meh. seems like it's broken. shape of the head and hair isn't good either and the hands are awful. tho hands are extremely hard to draw so I don't blame you on it, but the rest still could be better.
