not really i could have just as easly picked the three spot but 9 is my favorite number so i picked 9 not out of rank

well my favourite number is 13,but that was taken O^O but the powers go by ranks,seeing as 0 is the strongest possible,1 following being a co-leader.cause if 1 was too weak then they wouldn't deserve the title.the only reason I picked 3 was because I wanted to be one of the strongest xd
