Look at the obvious connections between these 2.
Hamura took after Kaguya in hair due to his longer and less frizzy hair.
Hagoromo took after Death Reapers with his spikiness except shorter.
Hagoromo inherited Death Reapers heavy eye brow creases as well as his shape of the nose.
More than likely Hamura will have more of a youthful, feminine look to him.

The fact that the shinigami looks a bit like Kaguya and the fact that the guy on the image i posted doesn't look like the shinigami , make me believe that it's more probably Hamura who is the shinigami , the son of Kaguya and this red guy (huge nose , staff ,diamond 3rd eye , are his genes).

That isn't very good evidence... Hamura's hair isn't even slightly spiky like RDS, it looks more like Hashirama's than anyone else's. Also it's a back shot.
