Easily human path. It doesn't require the user to die for its ability to be used. Death Reaper will be sitting around hoping that someone offers to kill themself to seal human path inside of it, while human path just goes and rapes death reaper. oh BTW, Human path > Hiruzen.

Death Reaper because it's more freaky and uses more sacrifices. The user and the one who's being it used on. Plus that the souls can't be retrieved so easily.

Death Reaper looks like Kaguya's corpse after 1000 years.
