The Reaper has 1.5 of Kyubi's total chakra in him making him a pseudo-Jinchuriki and he also has the souls of Minato, Kushina (?), Sarutobi, Hashirama, and Tobirama. On the other hand the Sage of Six Paths has the Rin'negan and Jubi.

I think Shinigami because he cannot be seen and can seal the Sage's soul!
