Death of itachi,shin(sai's bro) and kimimaro

Im new here so dont flame me right Away but hear me out

After watching the shippuden yesterday i noticed a similarity between All three of these cataters deaths. An illness had killed them all off now i didnt take the time to take another look at kimi's death but i believe him itachi and shin all had the same coughing up blood as a side effect. Which brings me to another theory which is that these illnesses might have been cause by either orochimaru who was root and could have spread this to kimimaru, he also was akatsuki so he had to have been around itachi. And as for kimimaro i think kabuto spread it to him out of jelousy. If you took the time to read whaim curious as to what you think

kabuto became a crackbaby after oro's death.
also you think oro was stupid? he would have known if he did something like that.

MMM...I don't know if it makes sense: in Naruto manga you can cough blood because of a punch (like Naruto did when he was fighting Neji) or because your ill.
Anyway, it'd be funny.

Lol your right about that but it just seems so odd that they all coughed so frequently and kishi never bothered to explain any of it. he pretty much was like oh your sick die right before you do something in the middle of a battle

That is most likely it, it kills off characters by some unknown diesease that shouldn't need too much story
