death of a kage

ok i just posted this question in another thread but it was kind of off topic so i figured i get more opinions on it this way. i keep reading people saying they would be mad if madara doesnt kill at least one of the kages. my question is this though if its not granny thats killed who in the blue hell would be able to step up and take that role and it still make any sense. can anybody even name five ninja from the stone village? has anyone besides ao and chojiro gotten any camera time at all from the mist village? i know madara is a boss and its kind of wierd to think about him fighting and not killing anyone but to mee it just wouldnt make much sense if they named a new mizukage or tsuchikage.....:shrug:

Well it might not be a kage in my opinion, but in all manga and anime main plot and climax there is always the death of a main character. So Madara might even get past the kages to retrieve the 9 tails and on the way another main character tries to stop him and well.. gets raped to death. But if any kage were to die I'm guessing tsuchikage because he's pretty determined not to let madara past.

He's a good guy and he's very strong. If Tsunade could give up gambling and boozing, Chojiro can buck up and take charge.

that scenario makes a lot of sense honestly. but i made this mainly for those who keep saying madara has to kill at least one if not two kage... tsuchi is pretty old too so i can see how they could let him die. i just dont think any other ninja from his village has been shown enough to say they have the credentials to be kage

Yeah but that's the thing, the death of a kage is so significant because there aren't many to replace them. This throws the nations into chaos which is why death of a kage would be a good plot twist.
