Death note: The Rebirth
Chapter 1
Misa Amane....
She sits in a bedroom of her home, in front of the television with a glum look on her face.
"This is sad...ever since then..."
Says Misa
"Ever since then, the crime rate has tripled.."
She sits in this room everyday watching the news, dissapointed at the way society has shifted. She turns her head over to the left at an empty chair.
"This is beginning to be too much...when can we begin?"
She ask the seemingly empty space.
A young boy is standing in the doorway to Misa's room staring at her with a sad expression.
"Mom.."
Starts a nameless teenager, the age of 15, with shaggy blonde hair partially in his face, a little unruly.
"Are you..okay? Talking to dad again?"
He ask, he begins to think, 'mom has truly lost it, she's been a wreck ever since a few months ago, she keeps talking to herself, telling me its my father.'
She looks over to the nameless boy.
"Yes I'm talking to your father.."
She says with a smile.
"Well ill leave you to that, I need to go finish my homework."
He says, he leaves to his bedroom.
Misa stares at the empty chair some more, then suddenly grows a smile, stands up and quietly says
"Thank you, its finally time.."
She walks over to a fire proof safe opens it and takes out a box, inside is a large brown envelope marked "The time has come." She grabs it out after hugging it, then proceeds to leave the room and heads to her sons bedroom.
"Son" says Misa
"I have something important to tell you."
