[Question] Death Note: Subbed or Dubbed?

So yeah I haven't watched Death Note shame on me. I do want to watch it but was wondering whether subbed or dubbed it better.

Usually I pick subbed over dubbed everytime (except DBZ) but my mate said Death Note's dub was pretty good.

Edit: In the end I went for subbed. Damn this shit is good and only two episodes in.

There's been a lot of cases where the dubbed makes a mockery of the Japanese VA'ing.

Haven't heard the sub but the voice actors are really good in dub

I watched the first episode subbed just to compare and contrast, and quite frankly, both Light and Ryuk sound a hundred times better dubbed (especially Ryuk) and I don't need to hear L's subbed voice to tell you the dubbed is perfect.

Nah it's cool, I've watched so much anime that I barely need the subtitles anymore. I have a knack for languages.
