Should I watch Subbed or Dubbed ?

For Naruto I prefer Dubbed since I basically grow up watching that version, but which one would you recommend for Death Note ?

But the dub is horrible, Light's English VA over dramatizes every damn scene and takes all the seriousness of Light's character, potato chip scene is a good example. The others just sound plain dumb, I've heard many fandubs that are actually better than the official one

Good choice. I usually hate dubbed anime but the Death Note dub is pretty awesome!
