After Oksus's attempt of trying save Akatsuki101 who turned out to be Kira. He was definitely the number 1 suspect.
The officers shot him and he seemingly died.
He was an officer.
But turns out he was alive and leaves a message written with his own blood.
"Why did Akatsuki try to protect # from being Lynched?, WHY ??"
