So if this game's game master does not give the same role as the previous one then he can be KIRA.
But if not then Yanks is kira.

Soulkiller made it too obvious that he was kira, most likely a fake kira, Behaku is pretty suspicious, i went thru all the posts of people in the room and he had the least at the time of the night phase, and Yanks was bandwagoned :/

Officer is the most common role. It is more likely for one to be an officer twice in a row than an officer then Kira/assistant.
If SK is not Kira, I don't see how that makes Yanks Kira.
