Its a neutral role.
She can mindfack both sides.
If a shinigami dies, his role won't be revealed and if Kira dies his role won't be revealed. Its well balanced.

It started with 29 people. And we weren't dragging it out, a lot of people went inactive. Around 6/7 people were killed for inactivity... Also, the game can only go as fast as the phases end. We don't control that..
