It sort of relates to me and how I want to be a GOD XD
But the difference I can care less for this world. No matter how many corrupted people you kill hatred will spark among loved ones in an infinite cycle and cause death. I will just make my life and those around me better. And if it so happens I have to help the world out a bit to do so I don't mind.
I'm off to episode 2 now!

Meh you did spoil it for me but it's pretty obvious that he dies. I called it since episode 1.
