The war for the longest time seemed so anticlimactic with only the death of fodders and you never thought anyone else of any importance would die. Then 613 and 614 happened with the death of Neji and Shikamura and Ino's parents along with a lot more fodder. It was great and made this actually feel like a war but since then I don't even think a single fodder has died much less a named character. The last few chapters the characters have even been joking around in the heart of the battlefield. When will Kishi actually make this feel like a war again and start killing people off again? I would even except the mass slaughter of the remaining fodders at this point.

This is a fake war where everyone that dies is going to be revived at the end anyway so why can't they at least die now.
