I'm not an over the top Itachi fan but I highly doubt Sasuke can beat Itachi with all his intelligence, speed and power. If Itachi brings out his Susanoo, it's over cause Sasuke can't beat Yata mirror and Sword of Totsuka imo.

god forbid someone has their own opinion on who could beat itachi. in the end of the day verse matches all come down to the thread maker as they will make the fight fall in there favourite characters favour so if someone says jiraiya> itachi and who are you to say that jiraiya cant beat itachi as it has never been proven that who would win all you can do is speculate and state your argument

yes mid diff healthy of not he cannot hold his susanoo longer than sasuke also sasuke hasit began to show his full powered ems so itachi lose by default aswell
