Dean,the very image of a middle aged man. A handsome man,with green eyes and brown hair. His hair is always styled to fit his general appearance. His face always with a serious look on it, but can change so easily as he has a crude sense of humor. He wears a plain shirt of one color normally. He wears a necklace with a sign,one of great value to him. A jacket is always fitted over his shirt, also plainly colored. He wears a light blue jean,some times with holes, just Dean's style. Dean Winchester is what you would call a man's man. He has embodied a macho personality since he was young and had to take on the role of father to his younger brother Sam. Rather than talk about his feelings Dean will give a sarcastic comment or blow it off as nothing he couldn't handle, not to worry. A tough guy, he pretends he can take it all while suffering on the inside. Family comes first for Dean and Sam first in that line, he goes above and beyond the title of big brother and even admits to not wanting to disappoint Sam. He does not come off as caring, but he is a man who feels deeply, he just hides that feeling.

History:

Dean's life started out quite normally. He and his brother, Sam, were born in Amegakure. There they grew up together, without parents. It was all the good life, Dean met a great amount of friends there. He met Toshiro (Edward.), Vincent Valentine (Vincent), Lucresia (Leaf), Klaus (Klaus), Six Paths of Pain (Ushiro), Jugo (Howard), Bruce lee (-Yard-), Fuu (Shinta), Toph (FeelPain), Vegeta (-Vegeta), Korra (Korra.), Tobirama (Penguin.), Konan (Akasha), Lana del Rey (Thoth), Yachiru (Naruta Uzumaki) and a few others. Then his whole life was changed when his brother got killed by a man he did not know.

He almost went crazy due to the fact that he lost his only brother and that he did not know who did it. He had to become stronger, find this shinobi and kill him. He then became a shinobi, training day after day to become stronger. He started training in the basic 5 elements, starting out with Lightning with a man named Castiel (Nathan.), who easily became one of his greatest friends and allies. Dean mastered it within a month of starting it, and it was a great learning experience for him. Dean then continued to harness his second element, Wind, which he started out with a blind man named Tosen (Tosen ;_; ), but they never finished as Tosen disappeared. Dean went on to learn Wind from a famous man named Hazama (Kerrah), but he was lazy, so Dean finished it off with Jio Freed (Shady Doctor). His journey was just beginning as he still had three elements to go.

Dean then went to train in the ruthless Fire element, with a woman named Korra (Korra.). They finished it up, even though it took quite a while, but he was happy that he could tame the flames. Then there was the element of Water, which Dean started out with the snake known as Gin Ichimaru (Better.), who started it out for him. They never continued, as the man went out to become BETTER. So Dean went on to train in the water element with Ichigo (Ciberr), a pretty calm dude who taught him most of the element before he too, left. Dean searched around more, and found a man from Akatsuki to train him, the man with 5 hearts, Kakuzu (Negative Knight), who later had Dean continue with a man named Vex (Vex). They did most of Water but he became slower, not showing up at training. So Dean was near the end of his training in Water, he went to a relatively new shinobi, Lancer (Noni) who finished it up. He grew to have a liking for the water element. Dean's last element was the sturdy Earth element, that he started out with Adachi (Adachi) who was a great teacher, but wasn't always there. So Dean had gone to search for a new one, and he found six O__O. The Six Paths of Pain (Ushiro) taught him the ways of the earth. They finished it easily. Somewhere along the line, Dean also signed the Bluejay contract from a cool guy known as Klaus (Klaus)

Dean then went on the path of getting stronger, he had to train more. He went to find a teacher to teach him in the ways of Ninjutsu, and he stumbled upon an old man, the Third Raikage (Professor Sarutobi) to teach him. The man had too disappeared, so Dean went to an old friend of his, the snake, Gin Ichimaru ( Better) who taught him within a few days. The path of Genjutsu was done by a man, pretty famous actually, Hashirama (-Cobalt-). He trained Dean, and they parted ways, and so Dean went to ask Kakuzu (Negative Knight) once again, who helped him to finish up the Illusionary arts. Last but not least, Dean had trained in the art of close combat, which started out with a man who seems to change his face a lot. At that time, he was known as Solf J. Kimblee (Izumo). They started in a class, training together with a few others. This didn't long though, and Dean went to search for a new teacher. He found one, a religious man, known as Father Anderson (Priest). They finished up that with ease, and it was great. Dean also trained in the art of Rain release whilst in Amegakure, through the help of Urek Mazino (Jokey). As Dean's basic training had concluded, he became a member of the most prestigious clans in the Ninja World, the Nekura Clan.

After becoming a Nekura, Dean became more powerful. He stayed in Amegakure, and because he ought for greater powers, he went to Kirigakure. Upon arriving, he saw that there had just been a coup. A man from Akatsuki took control of it, Kakuzu (Negative Knight). Dean joined the Bloody Mist, staying sinister and doing missions for them. He still urges for the day to meet the man who killed his brother. He also continues to train with Akuma, who might be replaced by a prodigy named Percy Jackson (Madara Uchiha), an old legend who apparently destroyed Kumo before. Dean also started training with The Sage of Deceit, Liliana (Lili-Chwan), to sign her contract of Box Jellyfish.

After the fall of the last Mizukage, Kakuzu, Dean felt it was time that he had to leave. He waited, maybe things would go for the better, but the village had become a place he did want to be. With his decision set, Dean made his way out of the village, and became a rogue. He was now powerful enough to fend for himself, should he encounter any problem in the Ninja World. During his time as a rogue, Dean learned a few new skills in the form of Custom Fighting Styles. His very first Custom Fighting Style, Graceful Fist, he learned from his old sensei, Castiel (Nathan.). The style was a one of great power, and thanks to Dean helping Castiel out, he taught him and continues to do so, if he has a new technique. As time went by, Dean also learned a staff based Custom Fighting Style from Toshiro (Edward.), his old rival from the times of Amegakure.

In the mean time, Toshiro (Edward.) had become a member of Akatsuki, led by none other than Isabella (Lili-Chwan). He was now a powerful man in the Ninja World, and Dean was happy that his friend and rival had become powerful. Though he had to reach him, so Dean learned another Custom Fighting Style from a man named Strider ( Shade Dracova), who was from the prestigious village of Iwagakure. This style revolved around using a scythe, so Dean also got his own scythe which he kept with him. Dean now decided it was time to make his own style, known as The Warrior Monks Way. He was now quite stacked with different abilities, and later thought of maybe heading towards a new village. One of power and great reputation, Iwagakure.

Dean made his way to Iwagakure, where he was gladly accepted by the Kage at the time, Hazama Kiyoshi (Kerrah), a man who had taught him Wind a long time ago. Nonetheless, Dean quickly made friends with everyone in the village, and continues to reside there to this very day. The only thing Dean is still training in these days, is Toad Summoning with a fellow villager, Minato (Vex). He himself had become a teacher of many students. His friends in the village are people like Roy Mustang (Erzo), Hazama (Kerrah), Minato (Vex), Konan (Akasha), Casshern (Selendrile), Hashirama (Light.), Melanie (Vision), Kimimaro (-Naruto-), Soi Fon (Moxxi), Yukihira (Ashiro), Inchanto (Inch), Nanashi (Mattobi), ? (Mig with his ever changing bios smh), Jugram (Drackos), Tobirama (Penguin), Hashirama#2 (Jokey) and Fon (Lyonex) etc

Water Mastery:

Having been trained in Water for so long, Dean grew to have a liking for the element. He can now perform Water based techniques with a single handseal due to his liking and proficiency with the element.

Earth Mastery:

Becoming one with the Earth made Dean like it more, he liked the brute force of the Earth compared to the other elements, so he can perform Earth based techniques faster.

Nekura:

Due to his body being fouled by the chakra of the 10 tailed beast in his induction to the Nekura clan, Dean's chakra system now automatically rejects outside chakra sources making it impossible to induce Genjutsu, can't be affected by Gentle Fist and other injections of chakra. This also makes him three times as hard to heal from medical ninjutsu. Due to this, Dean can't have a Cursed Seal nor get Sage Mode.

Nekura Clan Cloak:

The special robes of the Nekura Clan are completely black, fashioned like the Akatsuki robes with the mark of the Juubi on the upper back of the robe. The color of the emblem depends on rank of wearer signifying their inept ability with Keigoku. Normal swords wont cut through neither will kunai or shuriken. Dean wears one of these over his normal attire. The color of the cloak corresponds with Dean's rank in the clan. In this case, he is of Paladin Rank, meaning his cloak is Green in color.

Box Jellyfish:

After learning the summoning, Box Jellyfish, from Akatsuki's leader Isabella, Dean became quite good with using them in battle. So after countless battles and interaction with the Boxes, Dean gained a greater relationship with the boxes.

Equipment

Dean has a common sword, kunai, smoke bombs, flash bombs and shuriken. He also carries a CW with him at all times, strapped to his back with a small strap, which allows Dean to easily remove it and use it in battle.

Description: The Gold Staff of Enel is told to be forged in the skies where the heavens are located. The staff is told to be the property of an almighty and powerful god of lightning, Enel. Although these were all myths, the two staff proved to be a relic, a symbol of the God's power. The story about the dual staff is a legend, nothing but a myth but it is a fascinating one. The staffs, according to tales, originated from a mysterious city above the clouds, often known as the heavens. The god who ruled during that time went by the name of Enel, a superior lightning shinobi that was described as a god from his powers and skills of the lightning element. Enel acquired the throne to the kingdom by defeating the previous leader at that time, and proclaimed himself as god. The past workers and peacekeepers that once worked for the previous god was forced to physical labor, giving up their lives to the god. The soldiers worked to build an ultimate weapon, a weapon so strong that it had the power to obliterate a whole country on its own. Needless to say, the Enel we speak of is described as a power hungry tyrant, and despite the title he gave himself, he was no where near the ethics of a god. The plan would have succeeded, and if it did, the shinobi world would, more or less be under hos control. No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. Legend has it that the man was defeated by a wanderer, and the god descended from his golden thrown in the city of gods to the floors of the deepest seas. Although his body was told to be irretrievable due to the amount of pressure under the sea, the only remembrance the "God" left behind is the two brightly-yellow staffs. The staffs are made entirely of gold. Although they look like plain and simple staffs, the abilities of the staffs are what intrigues modern-day historians who seek power in the world of the Shinobi. Although they were just myths, the two staffs left behind in the land of the ninja world would be a powerful tool, if given to the right shinobi. The only reason people believe and repeatedly hear the myth is because every once a while, the villagers under the Moon country would hear the ringing of bells from the sky. A truly majestic sound that soothed every man, woman, and children yet remain unknown up to this day. The only visible relic is the two staffs, currently wielded by Ace and those who he think is worthy. The story, however, has yet to be proven. This, however, is simply a tale that is most often told to children and is not real whatsoever. Though the relic (weapons) found near the location of the area is the sole reason many argue that such a city exists.

The weapon is a dual staff, including two staffs made of pure gold. It is about three meters tall and two inches in diameter. Despite the composition of the staff's, it is unexpectedly light. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs.

Abilities:

• Transformation; Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs.Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.
  
• Heating: Another ability that comes with the staffs. The user can channel lightning chakra into the insides of the staff and have it shape around the walls of the staff. (Keep in mind that the staff is fairly hollow inside.) By doing so, the user can heat up the gold of the staff, so hot that it could melt through B-rank steel release techniques without melting the staffs. The purpose of this is to attack when it is extremely hot and potentially cause severe burns to a target. This can only be done once per staff, equaling two times together. The actual heating of the staffs do not take that long, a second or two would suffice for the time it takes to reach such a warm temperature. Furthermore, the damage it deals is equivalent to an A-rank fire technique. This counts as a jutsu and costs 15 chakra
  
• Lightning Strike: The user will channel lightning chakra into both of the staves and join them together, having them connect at the top part of the staves. They will release the lightning a few inches away from the two staves, floating in mid-air. It creates a ball of lightning, much like the shape of a Rasengan and can be released with great force, electrocuting any target. This lightning strike counts as a move and is equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique (40 chakra, 80 damage). It has a limit of three uses. Once per battle the user can sacrifice the abilities of the staffs by focusing an immense amount of lightning and unleashing a forbidden rank attack (50 chakra, 90 damage). However, he will be unable to use the staffs abiliites for the rest of the match and will face electrical damage to his hands, rendering his muscles numb for 1 turn.

Restrictions:
Note 1: Despite it being two staffs, you can only perform the abilities of the staffs one staff at a time, excluding the transformation ones (Meaning you can't create two whips at the same time, or heat up the staffs at the same time. You can, however, do it one turn at a time, in accordance to time frame.) Each ability used counts as a move.
Note 2: Can only be wielded by Ace. and those he allow.
Note 3: In NW, this can only be used by one person at a time.
Note 4: Heating and transformation is obviously short-range.
Note 5: The weapon can transform back to its original form an unlimited amount of time.
Note 6: It is indestructible.
