Just saw this video. Enjoyed it a lot. I'd say Deadpool because of his anti-healing blade, more martial art mastery, and superior healing factor.

Deadpool just makes everything that much more enjoyable. This was definitely one of their best episodes to date. I actually didn't know about the anti-healing blade till watching the episode. I think Deathstroke could have possibly disarmed Deadpool and used it against him, but oh well. The episode was highly entertaining.

Yeah, that's possible, but combining it with teleporting gave him the upper hand.

Why wouldn't it work? The sword wasn't made for Wolverine's factor specifically, it stops healing factors of any kind.
