Deadman Wonderland

Has anyone read Deadman wonderland? Is it any good? Opinions? Worth reading?
I heard that manga is very different from anime, not sure if it's worth watching.

The manga is an amazing read and really gets you with it's ending so yea I'd say it'd be the best way to experience the story. That and the fact that the anime isn't finished smh

Manga: read it, short and sweat around 70 chapters, awesome characters, great villains.

10/10 manga, if it doesn't hook you in the very first chapter, the very first, it will not hook you. Give the first chapter a go.
