Minato is OP in this fight due to having unlimited chakra, ftg+rasengan spam blitz (due to unlimited chakra), he can easily seal Kurama again due to his speed, immortality (until sealed) and if he can't keep up with BM Naruto we have Pervy Sage for the frog song while Minato distracts him.
