Dead uchiha eyes

if someone was to dig up the body of an uchiha that died during the uchiha massacre could that person take the eyes from that dead body and obtain the sharingan or is there a time limit and u cant take the eyes if that person has been dead for too long?

I think he's asking this question because of all the bs surrounding the eyes. You can try to answer the questions logically but in the end its still bs.
Eyes are like any other organ in the body. They don't last forever. You can't just transfer it endless between people.

I know you wanted us to leave this topic at the OP, but... We don't know exzacy how long an Edo user can live for; after said resurrection. If it's as long as Kishi leaves us to believe "until they are sealed", or "as ling as the caster wishes it", then I would assume said Edo zombies can live for an inf. amount of time; even if said caster dies (tho we don't know if he was bluffing), and to add piss to the pile (so to speak), said zombies even if were to be sealed - they may be conscious until unsummoned.

Personally infeel Kishi shouldn't had made then as I OP as it suggests. I'd hav capped them with "until they use up a set amount of chakra" (but keeping them "alive" only by transferring chakra into them; such as Karin's ability to heal), that'd also givethrm a vampire-like trait; or zombie ... Whicheclver you prefer (just no sparkles like some of the current vampires we see in movies). You know who you are... Vampire... >.>

There are only two person so loves to collect dead Uchiha eyes; Danzo and Tobi.

Danzo perhaps extracted the Uchiha eyes from dead root ANBU. Tobi on the other during the Uchiha massacre.

Actually your questions can definitely be answered with someone with who's in Medical profession. However, I can only speculate that you can successfully transplant Uchiha eyes to the subject at least 1 hour from the moment of death.

Well just like everyone said, there is a certain amount of time when you can still take the eyes. But even if you tried, you wouldn't have anything to get... Tobi got them all xd

The sharingan has to be active if one wants to use it and I doubt they were all layed to rest with active sharingan itachi & tobi would've neva killed them all

also danzo doesn't have any of those massacred eyes as he insinuated he got them through other means

On topic... i guess the eye must have the sharingan activated when the person dies... i doubt a dead sharingan eye in normal form could still be of any use

Heh, and one would think as long as they were implanted into an Uchiha - they could still be activated... Ya know?

So yeah, they would still be of use.

Also, I'm now wondering if any eyes would be able to be transformed into Uchiha ones, (and if not) imagen what an Uchiha WITHOUT their Sharingan would be like...

That and... I'm now confused as too why Kabumaro doesn't revive an army of Uchiha... Sounds as good as the Akatski undead's...
